Non‑Refundable Payments — All fees and payments are non‑refundable unless your puppy is unable to go home due to a health concern or death. Puppy Pickup — Puppies go home between 8–9 weeks of age unless a Delayed Pickup Package is selected (see Extras).
Health guarantee
Every puppy receives a full veterinary exam before going home and comes with a 1‑year health guarantee covering life‑threatening genetic conditions.
If a covered condition is diagnosed, we offer either a replacement puppy or a refund — breeder’s discretion.
To support long‑term health, families who keep their puppy on TLC food for the first 2 years receive an extended 2‑year health guarantee.
Deposits and refunds
Waitlist Fee
A $50 waitlist fee is required to join our reservation list. This fee is non‑refundable and is credited toward your puppy’s price (applied to your holding deposit).
Holding Deposit
A holding deposit is required to officially secure your puppy once you choose your pick.
Limited AKC: $400
Full AKC: $500
Your $50 waitlist fee is deducted from this amount.
All deposits are non‑refundable unless your puppy fails their well‑puppy exam or passes away while in our care.
Deposit Deadline
Once you are offered a puppy, you have 24 hours to place your holding deposit.
If the deposit is not received within that window, your turn will be skipped and offered to the next person on the waitlist.
Spay and neuter
Companion puppies go home on limited registration, but we do NOT require spay/neuter. Full registration is available to approved show and breeding homes.
Take-back for life
If you can ever no longer keep your dog, at any age, it comes back to us. We'll care for it and help find its next home.
